My second thought was wondering what form of backlash the members of the NY Court will face.
The fools who support these sorts of laws and regulations always seem to miss the one immutable law of government- "What ever a government can do, it can do to YOU". Eventually, whether it is filibusters, court packing, lawfare, executive orders, show trials, gulags, or the guillotine, the apparatus of the State will eventually change hands. When the rule of law (never perfectly applied under the best of conditions) becomes the rule of the current narrative, no one is safe. If it weren't already taken, I'd suggest the country change its name from America to Expedia.
My TN governor just asked the state legislature for a Red Flag law. I have been calling my State Representative and Senator. And getting others to call them. To put a stop to Red Flag law.
I am completely amazed.
